I am Ira Horatschek, 31 years old and founder of Bold Development. My own learning journey has taken me from studying business psychology to designing training courses and digital learning formats – all the way to managing a learning management system.
Along the way, I realized: truly effective learning takes more than just technology. It requires courage, creativity, and a clear vision. Maybe that’s why Pippi Longstocking has been my role model since childhood – she thinks outside the box, leaves her comfort zone, and does things her own way.
Today, I bring that spirit to life as a Consultant and Designer for Digital Learning Solutions. I create bold, creative learning experiences that empower people and drive organizations.
